Responsibilities:
- Provide a full range of secretarial support to CEO and senior management team members
- Perform all-rounded Office Administrative & Human Resources duties
- Support business liaison with external parties for commercial development of the company
- Attend internal and external meetings with CEO/ senior executives and provide support
- Handle confidential documents, meeting minutes, reports and business data
- Support personal matters when required
- Assist in ad-hoc tasks and assignments
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or University degree in any discipline
- Office in Kowloon East. Travels to China (frequently) and overseas (occasionally) are required
- At least 3 years of secretarial experience. Additional skills in HR/ Finance/ Office Administration are preferred
- Proficient in Chinese and English (both verbal and written), and able to speak in Mandarin
- Knowledgeable in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Excellent in communication skills
- Detail-minded, energetic and flexible

Responsibilities:
- Handle full spectrum of HR functions including staffing and recruitment, performance management, training and development and employee relations in a timely and effective manner
- To conduct recruitment activities for people search in property management industries; including effective channels sourcing, applications screening & interviews, job offering, on boarding processes and relevant duties
- Perform end-to-end recruitment activities including channel sourcing, application screening and selecting, job fair & recruitment talk participating
- Responsible for payroll administration checking for site staff
- Provide support in annual budget and manpower planning

- Prepare and consolidate HR related reports

Job Requirements:
- Degree in any discipline / Diploma in HR Management or related disciplines
- At least 6 years relevant experience with 2 years in supervisory level preferably in property management industry
- Good understanding of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other related ordinances
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage
- Strong customer-oriented, good team player, flexible, highly organized and able to handle multi-tasks independently and efficiently
